M35+V High-Speed Steel

M35+V high-speed steel is an upgraded grade developed from standard M35 for applications where wear resistance and tool life are critical. With higher vanadium and advanced melting control, M35+V delivers better wear performance and more stable service life at similar hardness. It fits high-speed cutting, heavy-duty machining, and continuous production.

  • The key innovation of M35+V is the controlled increase of vanadium (V) up to 2.5%, enabled by ZEICIN STEEL’s EAF + LF + VD + RS-ESR process route. Higher vanadium promotes fine vanadium-rich carbides, improving wear resistance and extending tool life. Compared with standard M35, M35+V performs better in wear-driven applications.

Yes. For first-time cooperation, we can provide a limited quantity of samples for verification (such as grade confirmation, machining trials, or heat-treatment evaluation). Samples can be shipped by international courier, and the courier cost is paid by the buyer. We value honest cooperation and look forward to a long-term win-win partnership.

Our common international payment methods include T/T and L/C. For trade terms, we can also support options such as DDU based on the order. The final payment method and terms can be confirmed according to your country/region, order value, and delivery method.
