9Cr14MoV martensitic stainless steel, commonly associated with SUS440B, is a high-carbon stainless steel widely used for knife blades, scissors, cutting tools, and precision wear-resistant parts. Annealing conditions can be adjusted according to processing requirements to relieve internal stress and improve machinability.
