ZDF-T42 (M51) is a high-performance high speed steel for high-temperature cutting and wear-critical tools. It keeps hardness at heat (red hardness) and provides stable wear life in continuous heavy-duty work.

ZEICIN STEEL uses a controlled melting route to support steel cleanliness and carbide uniformity, helping customers get a stable heat-treatment response and reliable batch performance.

Melting Process & Advantage:

This route helps reduce inclusions, improve steel cleanliness, and support more uniform structure and carbide distribution. As a result, the steel performs more reliably under high temperature and heavy load.

  • High-Quality Band Saw Blade Wire: Suitable for high-efficiency cutting; in many cases, it can reach a similar lifespan to imported powder M51.

  • Punching Rods: Can replace tungsten carbide punching rods where high toughness is required, suitable for heavy-duty punching.

Yes. For first-time cooperation, we can provide a limited quantity of samples for verification (such as grade confirmation, machining trials, or heat-treatment evaluation). Samples can be shipped by international courier, and the courier cost is paid by the buyer. We value honest cooperation and look forward to a long-term win-win partnership.

Our common international payment methods include T/T and L/C. For trade terms, we can also support options such as DDU based on the order. The final payment method and terms can be confirmed according to your country/region, order value, and delivery method.
